Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your Meedi8 subscription at any time.

How to Cancel

  1. Go to Settings → Subscription
  2. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  3. Confirm cancellation
  4. Optional: Tell us why (helps us improve)

What Happens When You Cancel

Immediate Effects

  • Cancellation is scheduled for end of billing period
  • You keep all features until that date
  • No further charges

At End of Billing Period

  • Plan reverts to FREE
  • Paid features become unavailable
  • Active rooms over FREE limit (1) become read-only
  • Your data is not deleted

Keeping Your Data

When you cancel:

  • All your sessions are preserved
  • Reports remain accessible
  • Account stays active on FREE plan
  • You can resubscribe anytime

Refund Policy

Within 7 Days of Purchase

If you're not satisfied within 7 days of your first paid subscription, contact billing@meedi8.com for a full refund.

After 7 Days

Subscriptions are non-refundable after the 7-day period. You'll retain access until the end of your billing cycle.

Exceptions

We may offer refunds in exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical issues preventing use
  • Billing errors
  • Other special cases

Resubscribing

Changed your mind? You can resubscribe anytime:

  1. Go to Settings → Subscription
  2. Choose a plan
  3. Enter payment details
  4. Features activate immediately

Deleting Your Account

Cancelling your subscription ≠ deleting your account.

To fully delete your account and all data:

  1. Go to Settings → Privacy
  2. Click "Delete Account"
  3. Confirm deletion
  4. All data is permanently removed
Permanent Action

Account deletion is irreversible. All sessions, reports, and data will be permanently deleted.
