Managing Your Subscription
Learn how to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your Meedi8 subscription.
Accessing Subscription Settings
- Log in to Meedi8
- Click your profile icon
- Select Settings
- Click Subscription
Upgrading Your Plan
How to Upgrade
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click "Upgrade" next to your desired plan
- Enter payment details (if first time)
- Confirm upgrade
What Happens When You Upgrade
- New features activate immediately
- You're charged the prorated amount
- Billing cycle continues from your upgrade date
Downgrading Your Plan
How to Downgrade
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click "Change Plan"
- Select a lower tier
- Confirm downgrade
What Happens When You Downgrade
- Current features remain until billing period ends
- New (lower) plan starts at next billing cycle
- Active rooms over new limit become read-only
Before Downgrading
If you have more active rooms than your new plan allows, you'll need to complete or delete some sessions first.
Viewing Your Billing History
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click "Billing History"
- View past invoices and payments
You can download PDF invoices for your records.
Updating Payment Method
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click "Payment Method"
- Add new card or update existing
- Save changes
