Managing Your Subscription

Learn how to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your Meedi8 subscription.

Accessing Subscription Settings

  1. Log in to Meedi8
  2. Click your profile icon
  3. Select Settings
  4. Click Subscription

Upgrading Your Plan

How to Upgrade

  1. Go to Settings → Subscription
  2. Click "Upgrade" next to your desired plan
  3. Enter payment details (if first time)
  4. Confirm upgrade

What Happens When You Upgrade

  • New features activate immediately
  • You're charged the prorated amount
  • Billing cycle continues from your upgrade date

Downgrading Your Plan

How to Downgrade

  1. Go to Settings → Subscription
  2. Click "Change Plan"
  3. Select a lower tier
  4. Confirm downgrade

What Happens When You Downgrade

  • Current features remain until billing period ends
  • New (lower) plan starts at next billing cycle
  • Active rooms over new limit become read-only
Before Downgrading

If you have more active rooms than your new plan allows, you'll need to complete or delete some sessions first.


Viewing Your Billing History

  1. Go to Settings → Subscription
  2. Click "Billing History"
  3. View past invoices and payments

You can download PDF invoices for your records.


Updating Payment Method

  1. Go to Settings → Subscription
  2. Click "Payment Method"
  3. Add new card or update existing
  4. Save changes
