Payment Methods

Meedi8 accepts various payment methods through our secure payment processor, Stripe.

Security​

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor.

  • Your card details are never stored on our servers
  • All transactions use TLS encryption
  • We support 3D Secure for additional protection

Adding a Payment Method​

  1. Go to Settings → Subscription
  2. Click "Add Payment Method"
  3. Enter your card details
  4. Click "Save"

Updating Your Payment Method​

  1. Go to Settings → Subscription
  2. Click "Payment Method"
  3. Add a new card
  4. Set as default
  5. Remove old card if desired

Failed Payments​

If a payment fails:

  1. You'll receive an email notification
  2. Update your payment method in Settings
  3. Payment will retry automatically
  4. Service continues for grace period

Grace Period​

If payment fails, you have 7 days to update your payment method before features are limited.

Receipts & Invoices​

After each payment:

  • Email receipt sent automatically
  • PDF invoice available in Billing History
  • Tax information included

Currency​

All prices are in GBP (£). Your bank may apply currency conversion fees for non-GBP cards.
