Tips for Effective Gratitude Practice
"Grateful for my partner" is good. "Grateful my partner listened patiently when I was stressed" is better. Specific gratitude is more impactful.
While you can be grateful for anything, try to include appreciation for people in your life. This strengthens relational bonds.
Even one sentence per day builds the habit. Consider adding it to your morning or evening routine.
Before a difficult conversation, read through recent gratitude entries about that person. It shifts your mindset.
