How to Access
- Open the Navigation Panel (tap the menu button)
- Select Personal Growth
- Tap Log Mood
You can also log mood from the Wellness tab on your dashboard.
Mood Options
Choose the weather that best describes your emotional state:

Logging a Mood Check-in
Step 1: Select Your Mood
Tap the weather icon that matches how you're feeling right now.
Step 2: Rate Your Energy Level
Slide the energy scale from 1 (exhausted) to 5 (energised).
Step 3: Add a Note (Optional)
Write a brief note about what's contributing to your mood. This helps you identify patterns later.
Example notes:
- "Had a good conversation with partner this morning"
- "Stressed about work deadline"
- "Feeling better after yesterday's mediation"
Step 4: Submit
Tap Save to record your check-in.
Viewing Mood History
Access your mood history from the Wellness tab on your dashboard:
- Calendar view - See moods day by day
- Trends - Notice patterns over time
- Notes - Review what contributed to each mood
Context-Aware Check-ins
Meedi8 may prompt you to log your mood at meaningful moments:
- Before mediation - How are you feeling going in?
- After mediation - Did the session help?
- Daily reminders - Build a consistent habit
These contextual check-ins help you see how mediation affects your emotional wellbeing.

Earn badges by tracking your moods consistently:

Tips for Effective Mood Tracking
There are no wrong answers. The more honest you are, the more valuable your mood data becomes for spotting patterns.
Try to log at the same time each day - morning or evening works well. Consistency reveals patterns.
Brief notes make your mood history much more useful. Even "tired" or "good chat" adds context.
Take a few minutes each week to review your mood history. Look for patterns and triggers.
